Amazon
sr Product Manager, Tech, Chorus
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager - Technical (PMT) to join the Chorus team within EU INTech/LSXE. Chorus accelerates AI internationalization by enabling LLMs and experimentation frameworks to support diverse linguistic and regional needs across Amazon. Our mission is to enable teams to scale GenAI products to all Amazon stores and languages with minimal cost and complexity — providing primitives for self-serve usage, shorter time-to-store, and reduced human-annotation OPEX.
Key job responsibilities In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for Chorus's toolkit, agents and partner integrations. You will drive customer adoption, manage tooling partnerships and turn learnings from partner and customer engagements into generalizable, reusable capabilities. You will work closely with Applied Scientists, ML Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple organizations to define product vision, prioritize features and drive measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate combines technical depth in ML/GenAI systems with business acumen, can navigate ambiguity across a dual-track model (partner execution + toolkit generalization), and thrives in a fast-paced, science-heavy environment. You will own external-facing communications (OP documents, GenAI quarterly updates, EU INTech updates), drive customer growth targets, and shape how Chorus scales from a partner-driven model to a self-serve platform used by 10x more teams.
- Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning - Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering - Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - Master's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
