What you'll Do Design and develop end-to-end full stack applications using React.js (frontend) and Python (backend)
Build and maintain APIs and services to power marketing automation workflows
Develop automation frameworks and tools to streamline campaign execution and data-driven processes
Integrate applications with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and external APIs
Integrate agentic AI/LLM capabilities into marketing workflows
Hands on experience on RAG, MCP and Agentic workflow orchestration
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of applications and services, contribute to Git and CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and release processes
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; participate in code reviews and standard processes, develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
Collaborate in an agile environment to define requirements and deliver iterative solutions along with thorough documentation
What you need to succeed 8+ years of experience in full stack development with proficiency in Python, React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Experience designing asynchronous and distributed systems
Experience building and consuming REST APIs, familiarity with API gateway patterns and service orchestration, integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Claude) into applications
Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, AI Agents / multi-step workflow orchestration and MCPs (Model Context Protocols)
Experience with vector databases (e.g., PG Vector) and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex
Preferable: Exposure to Paid Media Ad Tech stack, having driven automations across enterprise digital suites (e.g., Adobe AdCloud, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Amazon DSP), paired with automated product feed management and reporting via platforms like Google Analytics, Looker Studio
Desirable: Strong SQL skills and experience working with Snowflake, Databricks (or similar data platforms)
Desirable: Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, AWS Event Bridge, Pub/Sub) and workflow/orchestration systems (Airflow, Prefect, Step Functions)
