Industrial Design Senior Engineer

As a Senior Engineer, you will deliver designs and test results for defined subsystems, contributing to reliable, compliant products. You will improve measurement accuracy, documentation, and defect prevention. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate across functions.

You will:

Implement designs to requirements; participate in reviews and resolve comments.

Execute validation and automate measurements; analyze data and report.

Perform targeted ergonomic or structural analyses; support pre-compliance.

Contribute to ECOs and sustaining fixes.

Essential Requirements

5+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience

Proficiency in CAD, lab instruments, and debug.

Experience with at least one domain: packaging, CMF, human factors, or structural design.

Clear communication and collaboration across teams.

Strong problem-solving and ownership.

Desirable Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design/Mechanical Engineering.

Experience with automation (Python/LabVIEW) for validation
