Come join CE&S and help us build a future where customers come to us not only because we provide industry-leading products and services, but also because we provide differentiated and connected customer experience.   We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Security Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to drive our customer's security transformation on the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Platforms. This is a customer-facing role, owning the security-focused technical relationship and strategy between the customer and Microsoft as well customer engagements, including architecture, implementation, and operational health.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on project delivery experience in customer-facing roles and success in leading in-depth technical security architecture discussions with senior customer executives, Enterprise Security Architects, Enterprise Architects, IT Management, and Developers to Secure our customer's technology estate and drive Security as an enabler for Azure and Microsoft 365 workloads.

Responsibilities   Trusted Advisor: Lead customers through secure AI and Security adoption—defining strategy, architecture, and implementation across M365 and Azure Security workloads.

AI & Agentic Security: Architect and secure AI workloads, including governance, identity, access, and observability leveraging Agent 365, MDASH, Defender for AI and DSPM for AI.

Solution Design & Delivery: Run architecture/design sessions and drive secure-by-design implementations aligned to business outcomes

Adoption & Expansion: Drive usage of M365 and Azure Security workloads (Defender stack, Entra, Sentinel, Purview, Agent 365, MDASH); expand security across cloud migrations

Execution & Blocker Removal: De-risk deployments, resolve technical barriers, and ensure operational health

Customer Impact: Improve security posture with scalable, resilient, and high-performing designs

Collaboration: Partner across sales, engineering, services, and partners to deliver end-to-end outcomes

Field & Product Feedback: Act as voice of customer to influence roadmap and remove systemic blockers

Thought Leadership: Lead on end-to-end security architecture across threat protection, identity, and cloud security

Practice Development: Contribute to capability building across CSA community and complex solution delivery

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Cybersecurity, or related field 5+ years’ experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, cybersecurity, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.

Deep understanding of Microsoft security technologies with hands on experience in delivering two or more of the following Microsoft security solutions:

Microsoft Defender (Defender for Cloud, Defender XDR, Defender for Cloud Apps)

Microsoft Sentinel

Microsoft Entra (identity, Conditional Access, lifecycle governance)

Microsoft Purview (data security, compliance, governance)

Demonstrated experience securing AI‑powered workloads, including:

Identity, access control, and least‑privilege enforcement

Data protection and information governance

Threat detection, posture management, and incident response for AI systems

Hands‑on understanding of agentic architectures, including:

AI agents, copilots, or autonomous systems

Agent identity, lifecycle, and access management concepts

Observability, logging, and behavioural monitoring for autonomous systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or custom AI/agent frameworks secured on Azure or Microsoft 365 platforms

Familiarity with AI security architecture patterns, including:

Secure model access and isolation

Guardrails, policy enforcement, and content safety

AI workload discovery and posture management

Knowledge of Zero Trust principles applied to AI and agent‑based systems, including identity‑centric security and continuous verification

Experience integrating security into CI/CD or platform engineering workflows for AI or automation solutions

Microsoft certifications such as:

SC‑100: Cybersecurity Architect

SC-200: Security Operations Analyst Associate

SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals

AZ-500: Azure Security Engineer Associate

Core Skills & Attributes :

Strong hands‑on engineering mindset with architectural thinking

Ability to reason about risk, trust boundaries, and blast radius in autonomous systems

Comfortable working across security, AI, and platform teams

Clear communicator who can explain complex AI security concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Curiosity and adaptability in a rapidly evolving AI and agentic ecosystem

Ability to translate security requirements into practical, deployable solutions and work closely with developers, architects, and security teams

Ability to engage with CISOs, security architects, and IT leadership

Proven customer‑facing delivery experience

The technical aptitude and experience to learn new cloud security technologies and understand relevant cloud security market trends.
